10. Consulting Services Terms & Limitations

10.1 Scope of Consulting Services

QSE Academy provides ISO consulting services to assist businesses in achieving compliance with ISO standards. Our consulting includes, but is not limited to:

• Gap assessments and compliance evaluations.
• Implementation guidance for ISO certification.
• Documentation review and support.
• Internal audit assistance.

🚨 QSE Academy does NOT provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services. Consulting services are strictly for ISO compliance guidance. If you require legal assistance, you must consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

10.2 No Guarantee of Certification

• Consulting services are advisory in nature. QSE Academy does not guarantee ISO certification as final approval depends on external accreditation bodies.
• The client is responsible for properly implementing the recommendations provided.
• Failure to pass an ISO audit or certification process is NOT grounds for a refund.

10.3 Client Responsibilities

By using our consulting services, you agree to:

✅ Follow our recommendations and apply them correctly.
✅ Take full responsibility for all final decisions related to ISO compliance.

QSE Academy is not liable for any non-compliance penalties, certification failures, business losses, or regulatory actions resulting from incorrect implementation by the client.

10.4 Liability Limitation for Consulting Services

🚨 QSE Academy is NOT responsible for:

• Any regulatory fines, penalties, or financial losses resulting from ISO non-compliance.
• Decisions made by certification bodies, auditors, or regulatory authorities.
• Misinterpretation or misuse of our consulting advice.
• Any business interruptions, operational delays, or revenue losses related to ISO implementation.

If you misuse or improperly apply our consulting recommendations, QSE Academy will not be held liable for any damages.

📌 Liability Cap:

• In all cases, QSE Academy’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the consulting service.
• No additional claims will be entertained beyond this amount.

10.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy for Consulting Services

• Consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
• Clients may request a refund within 30 days ONLY IF the service was not delivered as agreed.
• If you cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee may apply.

🚨 No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the results, as consulting services are subjective and depend on client implementation.

10.6 Confidentiality Agreement

• QSE Academy agrees to keep all client information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
• However, we are NOT responsible for data breaches caused by third-party platforms, email leaks, or unauthorized access outside our control.
